Groups
Groups are how you compete with specific people — your friends, your office, your family. Anyone can create a group.
- Private groups — share the invite code or link with whoever you want.
- Public groups — anyone can find and join them from the groups page.
- Multiple brackets — you can create up to 15 brackets and enter multiple per group (configurable by the group owner).
- Group leaderboards — each group has its own standings separate from the global leaderboard.

Group owners can create paid groups using SOL (the currency on the Solana blockchain). This is completely optional— the bracket challenge is free to play. Paid groups are for people who want to put real money on the line.
- The group owner sets an entry fee (in SOL) and a payout split (winner takes all, top 2, or top 3).
- All entry fees are held in a smart contract on Solana — nobody can touch the money until the tournament ends.
- When the tournament is over, prizes are distributed automatically based on the group leaderboard.
- If a pool has 1 or fewer entrants, it's cancelled and everyone gets a full refund (no fee).
To join a paid pool, you'll need a Phantom wallet with some SOL in it. See the Phantom wallet section for setup steps.
A 5% platform fee is taken from each paid pool before payout. That fee goes toward funding the global prize awards on the leaderboard.
