The mechanics are simple: every bracket you fill can pledge to one Solana memecoin community. Got multiple brackets? Rep multiple communities, one each. A community's score is the sum of its top 10 Pro brackets that bought into a paid pool (one per user) — so it's the sharpest predictors carrying the flag, not whoever spams the most entries.

This is where it gets fun. Every paid entry doesn't just stack the pool — it lights tokens on fire, permanently, on-chain, where anyone can watch the supply tick down in real time. Here's the full lifecycle of a burn:

Buy in with SOL or the community's own token

Paid pools accept either SOL or an approved community's SPL token as the entry fee — pick your poison. Paying in the community token is where the magic starts.

4% torched the instant you join

Enter a token pool and 5% of your entry is split the moment you join: 4% is burned in that very token — gone from circulating supply forever — and 1% is set aside for the end-of-tournament burn. There's a live burn counter on every community page; watch it climb with each new entry.

SOL pools feed the fire too

Entering with SOL instead? The rake splits 50/50 — half keeps the lights on at MandemDAO, half goes straight into the burn pool to be torched when the tournament ends.

The champion's buyback-and-burn

When the last match is settled, MandemDAO takes the entire burn pool plus every community's 1% set-aside, swaps the whole lot into the winning community's token via Jupiter, and burns it. The community that knew ball best gets its supply cut — a victory lap written permanently into the chain.
