6. Conduct, Integrity & Disqualification
6.1Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion and at any time, disqualify any Entrant or void any Bracket Entry for any reason or no reason, including without limitation: (a) any actual or suspected violation of these Rules; (b) any actual or suspected attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the operation of the Contest, the Site, or the Pool Program; (c) any actual or suspected use of multiple Accounts in violation of Section 3.6; (d) any actual or suspected use of automation in violation of Section 3.5; (e) any actual or suspected breach of the on-chain integrity of any Pool; (f) any conduct that, in Sponsor’s reasonable judgment, brings the Contest or Sponsor into disrepute; or (g) any failure to comply with applicable law.
6.2You shall not, directly or indirectly, communicate with, harass, threaten, attempt to bribe, or otherwise unduly influence any player, coach, official, staff member, employee, or contractor of any team or governing body involved in the Tournament, with the intent of affecting the outcome of any Tournament Match or any Bracket Entry. Any such conduct shall be grounds for immediate disqualification and shall be reported to applicable law-enforcement and sporting authorities.
6.3You shall not engage in any conduct designed to harass, threaten, intimidate, or defraud any other Entrant, any Pool participant, any member of Sponsor’s team, or any third party in connection with the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to remove any user content posted on the Site or on any Sponsor-operated communications channel that, in Sponsor’s reasonable judgment, violates this Section 6.3.
6.4Each Entrant is solely responsible for the security of their Account credentials, recovery phrases, private keys, and connected wallets. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of an Account or wallet, including any loss of a Prize resulting from an Entrant’s failure to maintain such security. Bracket Entries submitted from a compromised Account shall be deemed valid as recorded by Sponsor’s database, regardless of whether the Entrant authorized the submission.
6.5Sponsor may actively pursue all remedies available at law and in equity against any person who undermines the integrity of the Contest, including without limitation by seeking damages, restitution, disgorgement, and injunctive relief. Sponsor’s decision not to enforce any provision of these Rules in any particular instance shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision in any other instance.
6A. Malfunctions, Errors & Sponsor's Right to Correct
6A.1In the event of any malfunction, bug, error, misconfiguration, data corruption, or other technical defect affecting the Site, the Pool Program, or any Bracket Entry, Sponsor reserves the right (but is under no obligation) to: (a) void the affected Bracket Entry or Pool participation; (b) correct the defect and re-process affected data using its reasonable best efforts to approximate the result that would have obtained absent the defect; (c) refund any Pool entry fees affected by the defect; or (d) suspend or terminate the affected portion of the Contest.
6A.2Where there is any discrepancy between data displayed on an Entrant’s device or in any client-side cache and the corresponding data recorded on Sponsor’s servers (or, with respect to Pools, on the Solana mainnet), the server-side or on-chain record shall control.
6A.3If a Prize is paid or appears to have been awarded in error (including without limitation as a result of a defect described in Section 6A.1, a miscalculation of scores, the inclusion of a non-Qualifying Account, or a successful exploit of the Site or Pool Program), the recipient shall promptly return the Prize to Sponsor upon written demand. The receipt of any erroneous Prize shall be deemed a debt owed by the recipient to Sponsor, recoverable by Sponsor through any lawful means.
6A.4Sponsor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the Site and the Pool Program during the Contest Period but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows shall, where reasonably practicable, be announced on the Site at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance.
