MandemDAO World Cup 2026 Bracket Challenge

Effective April 16, 2026 · Version 1.0

4. Prizes

Two Sponsor-funded prizes are offered in connection with the Contest, in addition to any prizes distributed by individual Pools. Pool prizes are governed by the Pool Program and the configuration set by the Pool’s creator, and are not governed by this Section 4.

4A. Grand Prize — Perfect Bracket

4A.1A grand prize of one hundred SOL (100 SOL) (the “Grand Prize”) shall be awarded to any Qualifying Account whose Eligible Pro Bracket constitutes a Perfect Bracket, subject to verification under Section 5.

4A.2If more than one Qualifying Account submits a Perfect Bracket, the Grand Prize shall be divided equally among all such Qualifying Accounts. If no Qualifying Account submits a Perfect Bracket, no Grand Prize shall be awarded.

4A.3Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion and at any time prior to fulfillment, elect to denominate and pay the Grand Prize in (a) the U.S. dollar equivalent of 100 SOL, calculated using a reputable price oracle of Sponsor’s choosing as of the close of the Tournament, or (b) up to ten (10) equal annual installments of ten SOL (10 SOL) (or the U.S. dollar equivalent) each. Any such election shall not increase or decrease the aggregate value of the Grand Prize.

4A.4The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is one hundred SOL (100 SOL), the U.S. dollar value of which fluctuates with the market price of SOL.

4B. Secondary Prize — Best Bracket

4B.1In the event that no Grand Prize is awarded under Section 4A, a secondary prize (the “Secondary Prize”) shall be awarded to the Qualifying Account whose Eligible Pro Bracket constitutes the Best Bracket, subject to verification under Section 5.

4B.2The Secondary Prize shall in no event exceed fifty percent (50%) of the aggregate of all Platform Fees actually collected by Sponsor pursuant to Section 3A.3 during the Contest Period (such fifty percent, the “Secondary Prize Ceiling”). The remaining fifty percent (50%) of such Platform Fees, together with any portion of the Secondary Prize Ceiling not allocated by Sponsor under Section 4B.3, shall be retained by Sponsor without restriction for development, operations, reserves, and other general corporate purposes.

4B.3Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, allocate any amount from zero (0) up to the Secondary Prize Ceiling, less (a) any network, custody, settlement, oracle, exchange, and fiat-conversion fees reasonably incurred by Sponsor in connection with collecting and disbursing such amount, and (b) such operational reserves and contingency amounts as Sponsor may determine in its reasonable discretion to retain, to the Secondary Prize. Sponsor is under no obligation to allocate any particular amount, and any decision by Sponsor as to the allocation shall be final.

4B.4If more than one Qualifying Account ties for the Best Bracket after application of the tiebreakers in Section 4C, the Secondary Prize shall be divided equally among all such tied Qualifying Accounts. If no Qualifying Account exists at Contest Lock, no Secondary Prize shall be awarded.

4B.5The exact value of the Secondary Prize cannot be determined in advance and is contingent on (i) the level of Paid Pool activity during the Contest Period, and (ii) Sponsor’s discretionary allocation under Section 4B.3. Sponsor makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee as to the size of the Secondary Prize, which may be zero. Sponsor is under no obligation to publish, disclose, or otherwise make available the aggregate amount of Platform Fees collected during the Contest Period or the basis on which any discretionary allocation under Section 4B.3 was made.

4C. Scoring & Tiebreakers

4C.1The Pro Mode scoring rules in effect at Contest Lock, as published on the Site at /scoring, shall be the exclusive basis for calculating the score of each Eligible Pro Bracket. No retroactive change to the scoring rules made after Contest Lock shall affect the calculation of any Prize.

4C.2In the event of a tie for the Best Bracket, the following tiebreakers shall be applied in the order listed until the tie is broken: (i) total points awarded under the Pro Mode scoring rules; (ii) number of Tournament Matches for which the Entrant predicted the exact final score; (iii) total points from match predictions only, excluding bonus categories; and (iv) the timestamp at which the relevant Bracket Entry was last modified before Contest Lock, with the earliest timestamp prevailing.

4C.3For purposes of scoring, the result of a Tournament Match shall be the result determined and certified by FIFA as the official result, including any officially-recorded forfeit, walkover, or replay. Where FIFA’s certified result is not available within a reasonable period after the conclusion of the Tournament, Sponsor may rely on the result reported by a reputable third-party data provider of its choosing.

4C.4If a Tournament Match is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise not played to completion, and no official result is certified, that match shall be excluded from scoring for all Entrants and no points (including bonus points) shall be awarded for it.

4C.5For the avoidance of doubt, the Classic Mode scoring rules and any Classic Mode standings published on the Site are provided for informational and competitive purposes only, and are not the basis for awarding the Grand Prize or the Secondary Prize.
