Official Rules

MandemDAO World Cup 2026 Bracket Challenge

Effective April 16, 2026 · Version 1.0

3. How to Enter

3.1To participate in the Contest, you must (i) create or sign in to an Account on the Site using a supported authentication method (email and password, supported OAuth provider, or supported self-custodial wallet), (ii) accept these Rules, and (iii) submit one or more Bracket Entries through the bracket interface on the Site before Contest Lock. Account creation is free of charge.

3.2Each Account may submit up to fifteen (15) Bracket Entries in total, across both Pro Mode and Classic Mode, in any combination chosen by the Entrant. Sponsor reserves the right to adjust this cap on a forward-looking basis at any time prior to Contest Lock, with notice posted on the Site. Bracket Entries that are incomplete (i.e., missing one or more required predictions or bonus selections) at the moment of Contest Lock shall be deemed null and void and shall not be eligible for any Prize.

3.3A Bracket Entry is “submitted” when, and only when, Sponsor’s database has successfully recorded the Entrant’s complete set of predictions and the database has returned a confirmation to the Site’s server. Proof of attempted submission — including without limitation screenshots, network logs, browser cache, local-storage drafts, or third-party telemetry — does not constitute proof of submission. Sponsor’s database time of record shall be the official timekeeper for the Contest.

3.4Once Contest Lock occurs, no Bracket Entry may be created, edited, withdrawn, or resubmitted, and no manual override shall be granted by Sponsor, regardless of the reason given (including without limitation technical failure on the Entrant’s device, network congestion, browser failure, third-party authentication outage, expiration of an OAuth session, or claimed misunderstanding of the deadline).

3.5Automated entry of any kind — including without limitation entries submitted by bots, scripts, macros, headless browsers, contest-submission services, or AI agents acting without direct human authorization for each individual Bracket Entry — is prohibited and shall be grounds for disqualification of all Bracket Entries associated with the offending Account and any Account reasonably believed by Sponsor to be operated by the same person.

3.6You may not maintain or operate more than one (1) Account. If Sponsor reasonably determines that any person has created, controlled, or used multiple Accounts (whether using different email addresses, OAuth identities, wallets, devices, or networks) for the purpose of evading the per-Account bracket cap or otherwise gaining an unfair advantage, all Bracket Entries associated with all such Accounts shall be voided and the offending person shall be permanently ineligible for any Prize.

3.7All Bracket Entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor upon submission and will not be acknowledged or returned. The contents of each Bracket Entry as recorded in Sponsor’s database shall control over any contrary record possessed by the Entrant.

3.8Bracket Entries cannot be submitted by email, telephone, postal mail, courier, in-person delivery, or by any means other than through the bracket interface on the Site. Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, void, or disregard any submission attempted through any other means.

3A. Joining a Pool (Optional)

3A.1Joining a Pool is optional and is not required to enter the Contest or to be eligible for the Grand Prize or Secondary Prize described in Section 4. The Contest itself is free to enter.

3A.2A Paid Pool is operated as an on-chain program on the Solana blockchain (the “Pool Program”). When you join a Paid Pool, you authorize the transfer of the applicable entry fee, denominated in SOL, from your connected wallet to the Pool Program. Such transfers are executed on a public blockchain and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed by Sponsor.

3A.3Sponsor retains a Platform Fee from the gross entry fees of each Paid Pool. The Platform Fee is currently set at five percent (5%) of gross entry fees and may be adjusted prospectively by Sponsor with notice posted on the Site. Platform Fees are used by Sponsor to fund the operation of the Contest, the Site, and the Pool Program, including (without limitation) the Secondary Prize described in Section 4B.

3A.4Pool entry, withdrawal, refund, settlement, and dispute mechanics are described in greater detail on the Site and in the on-chain source of the Pool Program. By joining a Paid Pool you acknowledge that you have read and understood those mechanics, that you accept the risks associated with the use of the Solana blockchain (including without limitation network outages, validator failures, smart-contract risk, and price volatility of SOL), and that Sponsor is not liable for any loss arising from such risks except as expressly provided in Section 9.

3A.5Pool prizes are paid out by the Pool Program in accordance with the configuration set by the Pool’s creator at the time the Pool was created. Pool prizes are distinct from the Grand Prize and Secondary Prize described in Section 4 and are not governed by this Section 4. Sponsor’s role with respect to Pool prizes is limited to operating the Pool Program in accordance with its published source.
